By accessing and placing an order with My Nutramid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, products, and services.

1. Product Use & Medical Disclaimer: All products sold by My Nutramid are 100% organic, natural, and plant-based. They are formulated to support general health and wellness. Our products should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Order Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier partner. My Nutramid is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments: All product prices are mentioned in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payments must be completed through secure payment gateways provided at checkout. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements: Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or unsealed products. Replacement or refund is only applicable in cases where:

   • The product is damaged during transit.

   • The wrong product is delivered.

   • The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery.
     Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video proof for verification. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

5. Cancellation Policy: Orders once placed cannot be canceled after processing. If cancellation is requested before the order is processed or dispatched, we may approve cancellation at our discretion.

6. Liability Disclaimer: My Nutramid holds no liability for any side effects, allergic reactions, or misuse of the product beyond the recommended guidelines. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring product suitability based on their health conditions.

7. Intellectual Property: All content, images, product descriptions, brand name, logos, and website material are the intellectual property of My Nutramid and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written consent.

9. Force Majeure: My Nutramid shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
